About Dr. Tara Power
Dr. Tara is a Ph.D. level Clinical Psychologist specializing in issues that relate to both physical and psychological health and wellness. Her varied career has provided her with years of experience in therapy, teaching, and research. She is certified as a Medicolegal Expert (CMLE) with the Canadian Society of Medical Examiners/Canadian Academy of Psychologists in Disability Assessment. As such, her assessments are guided by the most up-to-date medical evidence and are aimed to empower client’s to overcome their difficulties. Practicing out of EmPOWERment Health, in downtown Truro, Dr. Tara’s practice offers a relaxed, comfortable setting in a beautiful wheelchair-accessible purple house.
